: (1) In relation to the land of the development area, the pending cases pending in the court other than the Supreme Court or the Income and Tax Court will be transferred to the commission established after the commencement of this Act.
(2) If the commission is dissolved, the remaining pending cases in the commission will be transferred to the district court and the proceedings under this act will be dismissed from that court.
